Schedule Appointment

Appointments can be arranged by calling (205) 592-1800 or online by submitting the requested information on the right side of this page.

Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (closing daily for lunch between 12pm and 1pm) with 3 convenient locations.  Varicosity - Montclair is located inside the Professional Office Building 880, Suite 380 on the campus of Trinity Medical Center.   Varicosity – St. Vincent’s is located in the Ortho Sports Center Tower in Suite 510.  Varicosity - Gardendale is located in Suite 127 of the Gardendale Medical Clinic on Decatur Highway. 

New Patients are typically seen Monday through Friday.

If you are a new patient, please arrive to your appointment 15-20 minutes early and make sure to bring the following:

  • Insurance information and any co-pay
  • List of medications, drug allergies and any other previous surgeries

To reschedule or cancel an appointment:
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call the office during normal business hours at least 1 day in advance so that your appointment time may be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.

Your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. As you can imagine, emergencies occur that may cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize in advance for any extended wait times.
